While our rates may appear flat, they’re calculated based on the time your pet requires. Coat condition, temperament, and desired style can all affect how long a groom takes—and pricing adjusts accordingly.
For example, longer coat styles, severe matting, or extra handling for safety may increase the total. We’ll always be transparent, and have a full breakdown of every policy, procedure and price outlined in our service agreement.

I'm Ottillie—founder, certified groomer, and the pet parent behind the van. Roman’s Empire began with our 2.5-year-old Shihpoo, Roman: the tiny trailblazer who changed everything.
When we brought him home from a breeder, he was sick with parvo. After three nights in the emergency hospital, we faced unclear pricing, withheld information, and mounting bills that only changed when we asked the right questions. That experience revealed how broken pet care can be.
It shaped how I run Roman’s Empire. In the grooming world, I’ve seen pets pushed through services they couldn’t tolerate, then sent home with false praise so clients wouldn’t question what happened. That’s not care—it’s performance. I left that system to create something radically different: a safe, honest, and gentle experience for pets and the people who love them.

Every full-service appointment includes a bath with premium shampoo and conditioner, blow-dry, thorough brush-out, nail trim and file, ear cleaning, sanitary trim (if needed), and a customized haircut. We never charge extra for essential care—our pricing is all-inclusive.
Do you groom cats?
Yes! We offer full-service cat grooming using low-stress handling techniques. Services include lion cuts, brush-outs, nail trims, and full coat maintenance—all done gently and quietly in our mobile spa.
How far do you travel?
